My mother bought iceskates and I was so surprised to see the lake in our block frozen and full of people skating. Otto and I went down to watch her. She was like a 55-year-old kid. A real crisp winterday. Loves 34´th birthday (although I mistakenly wrote 33rd on his card). Show you more from our party in the evening.

Our little boy is growing, soon turning 4 months. I am so fond of having him and his stuff around. In a way it´s like experiencing your own childhood again. We dug up Mikes old smurfs the other day. I enjoy Ottos having toys in wood and fabric. Soon he will be old enough to choose platic ferraris instead. Better use my power while I can ; )

Went to Arlanda to welcome dear cousin AnnaKarin who moved home after 6 years in the states. I love airports. I used to be at arlanda every week when commuting to England a few years ago. Not to mention all the longjourneys. Today I realized I havent flown for a year... strange. Very not me. I hope to see more of the world with Otto one day.
Anyway, good to have her back home.

I realize there are small things that I apprechiate in life. It can be anything from the obvious; a hug, a nice word, a warm gesture from one person to the other, but never the less small aesthetic stuff like our unusual and cool streetlights outside our window. Tied from one building to the other they wave like old aristocratic hats or soupbowls in the wind. The light catches the snow or rain right under it and it looks very beautiful. Wich - as a bonus- doesn´t make bad weather all that bad.
What makes you tick?
